Scope and price in writing. Nothing starts until both sides agree it.

The more we know, the sooner we can send a written proposal. Everything except your contact details, city and a line about the job is optional.

Do you clean after hours?
Tell us the hours that suit your business. We'll confirm what we can offer in the proposal before anything is agreed.
Is commercial cleaning priced like home cleaning?
No. Every commercial space is priced individually in a written proposal, because size, use and schedule vary so much.
Can you clean strata common areas?
Yes: lobbies, hallways, amenity rooms and other shared spaces on an agreed schedule.
