Book it for after the last boxes leave. In towers, tell us about elevator bookings, parking and loading; in walk-ups, mention the stairs. Your landlord's checklist is welcome with your request.

Move-in cleaning
Start fresh before your furniture arrives. A move-in clean is the same empty-home clean, booked for the days between getting the keys and moving in.
Book it after the previous occupants have left and before your boxes arrive, while every cupboard and floor is still reachable. Inside the fridge, oven and cabinets is included, so the kitchen is ready to stock.

Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
We clean to a thorough move-out standard, but the deposit decision is your landlord's. Share their checklist with your request and we'll include what's on it in your quote.
When should I book it?
After the last boxes leave and before the final walk-through. If you can, leave a day of buffer for elevator bookings or delays.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. See commercial cleaning for unit turnovers and repeat arrangements.
