Prices and quotes
How do I get a price?
Use the price calculator for an estimate, then send your request. A person reviews it and emails a written quote, or asks a quick question first.
How much does house cleaning cost in Metro Vancouver?
With us, a one-time regular clean starts at $135.00 for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, a deep clean at $174.00 and a move-out clean at $310.00, before GST. Your price depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, size, condition and extras: the pricing page shows typical homes.
Is the quote binding?
No. A quote is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Your appointment is confirmed only once you've accepted the quote and we've confirmed the details with you in writing.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. You pay a price per visit agreed in your written quote, so the time on site doesn't change what you pay.
Is GST included?
Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars before GST, plus GST where applicable (we'll show it on your quote once it applies).
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. A one-time regular visit is at least $135.00 before GST. Recurring savings then come off that price, so the smallest home on a weekly schedule is $121.50 a visit.
Do recurring visits cost less?
Yes. Regular cleaning on a schedule saves 10% weekly, 8% every two weeks and 5% every four weeks.
When do I pay?
Only after your booking is confirmed in writing. We never ask for payment or a deposit before that, and your confirmation sets out how and when to pay.
Booking and your visit
How should I prepare for a cleaning visit?
Clear what you can off counters, tables and floors, so the time goes on cleaning rather than tidying. Put away valuables and anything fragile you'd rather we didn't move, and tell us before the visit about pets, parking, building access and any delicate surfaces.
Do I need to empty the fridge or cabinets for those extras?
Yes, please. Inside the fridge is cleaned once it's emptied, and inside cabinets works best when they're empty, so every shelf can be reached. The extras table lists what each extra covers.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers aren't. Once you've accepted a quote, we agree access with you directly. Please don't put your address or door codes in the quote form.
Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
Tell us in your request if you'd like us to use your own products, or if you have a vacuum we can use. Your written quote confirms exactly what the cleaner brings, so there are no surprises on the day.
Can I change or skip a regular visit?
Yes. Let us know in advance and we'll confirm the change with you by email.
I have pets. Is that OK?
Yes. Mention them in your request so the visit can be planned around them.
What if something isn't right after a clean?
Tell us as soon as you can, by replying to your confirmation email with what you noticed. We'll review it with you and agree how to put it right.

What's the difference between a regular and a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps a home in good shape. A deep clean spends more time on build-up and detail and includes baseboards. If your home hasn't had a thorough clean in a while, start with a deep clean.
What's included in a move-out clean?
A full clean of the empty home, including inside the fridge, the oven and the cabinets, and the baseboards. See move-out cleaning.
Do you clean Airbnb and short-term rentals?

Do you clean offices or strata buildings?
Yes: offices, retail, strata common areas and property managers, each priced in a written proposal. See commercial cleaning.

Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, Delta, White Rock, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Check your city.
What if I'm outside those cities?
Choose "Other location" on the quote form. We review each request individually and tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would cost, before anything is agreed.
